Direct Construction Service” was founded in 2006 and is the successor of the Limited Liability Partnership “Dair”. We have applied all the accumulated experience and knowledge to create a company that works according to the principles of international companies.
The main activities are: design, engineering support, construction, as well as the supply of custom concrete and the production of reinforced concrete products.
“DCS” LLP owns its own House-Building Factory, equipped with modern equipments of the American company “Spancrete Machinery Corporation”. The nomenclature of our products in conjunction with a streamlined logistics system of commodity-transport flows allows the completion of orders of any complexity in a short time.
The Partnership employs more than 140 people, including site managers, Production and Technical Department Engineers, construction procedure planning engineers, engineers from various disciplines, foremen, and teams of technical workers for various types of work. The construction company is run by professionals with great managerial and engineering experience who ensure the stable development.
The Direct Construction Service is able to implement the most complex modern projects by means of its efficient structure, own construction facilities, a modern technical aids and trained highly qualified personnel.
Production base
The company owns two operation bases, which include concrete mixing plants, railway deadlocks, administrative and household complex, metal workshop, workshop for the production of PVC products, car garages, warehouses, shared households, etc.
House-building combine
The equipment of the American company “Spancrete Machinery Corporation” is intended for the production of reinforced concrete slabs, panels, transom bars, girders, piles and other products of building concrete used for the construction of residential, public and industrial buildings of panel type.
Modern automated equipment allows you to save up to 25-30% of working time compared with the traditional method of production. The designed capacity is 50,000 m2 of buildings and structures per year.
Own fleet of vehicles
Over the years of operation in the market, Direct Construction Service LLP has formed its own diverse equipment complex, which includes excavators, mini-excavators, dump trucks, loaders, manipulators, concrete mixers, concrete pumps, etc.
Our own equipment complex allows us to carry out various construction and road works, transportation of heavy and oversized cargo, loading and unloading, disposal of construction waste and much more on our own.
Building laboratory
Direct Construction Service LLP owns an accredited construction laboratory, which is necessary to conduct product test operations in accordance with the rules and procedures of the State System for Technical Regulation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to ensure the completeness and accuracy of testing, objectivity and reliability of results, to ensure the continuous functioning of the system of quality of services provided to customers.
